The unit is designed to wash 600x400 mm Euro crates. Maximum output up to 100 crates per hour. The washing machine consists of a main washing zone with 4 nozzles and a separate rinsing zone.

Description

How it works

The main wash is done with water at up to 45 C, to which detergent is added. The water is heated by a 12 kW heater controlled by a thermostat. The unit has built-in protection against a low water level.

In the rinsing zone the crates are rinsed with clean water at 85 C and disinfected.

Servicing and washing out the unit is easy thanks to the removable side cover.
