Crate washing machine XMP200

The unit is intended for washing and cleaning with a water solution that foams little when detergents are used. The machine is designed to clean and degrease plastic crates soiled during production or transport. The specially designed nozzles in the washing section give precise coverage of the surface being cleaned and clean it effectively. Because of the high strength and cleaning properties of the washing section, the detergents used keep operation and quality uninterrupted. The water circulation system developed by the manufacturer, called "Aqua", achieves minimum water consumption by applying a cascade water flow for washing. Optional accessories such as tunnel drying, a drum filter and/or conveyor guides improve the quality and convenience of the washing process. The modular washing belt and the removable top covers along the whole length on both sides give easy access to the inside of the machine.
