Description

A guard is fitted to the knife cover which stops the rotating knife when the cover is lifted.

How it works

The operator lays the herring fillets diagonally onto the conveyor. The conveyor runs at the same speed as the circular knives. As the conveyor turns, the fish fillet passes the rotating knives and drops into a container cut into pieces. The distance between the knife discs is adjusted by changing the plastic spacers.
The smallest possible piece is 5 mm.
