Washing Machine for Crates with Blow-Off eCO TWB450, eCO TWB600, eCO TWB800

Pass-through tunnel washing machines eCO TWB are designed as standard for cleaning and sanitising E1–E3 plastic crates; other sizes and designs are available on request. After washing and sanitising, the liquid is blown off by two powerful blowers. The machine consists of pre-washing, washing, rinsing and blow-off zones. Washing is performed by a centrifugal pump and manually adjustable nozzles. The washing agent is added manually to the tank before starting the machine (option – automatic dosing system). The tank is equipped with a manually cleaned filter sieve for catching coarse soil (option – rotating drum filter with automatic cleaning).

The washing water is heated by electric heaters or by an injector for direct steam injection; the temperature is adjustable between 30–60 °C via thermostat. Rinsing uses mains water, which afterwards refreshes and tops up the washing tank. The control panel can be mounted on the left or right side of the machine, according to customer requirements. The machines are made of stainless steel DIN 1.4301 (AISI 304) and comply with Council Directives 2006/42/EC and 2006/95/EC and USDA regulations.
