Cabin Washing Machine for 200 Ltr Buggies and Box-Pallets eCO CWBBP

The machine is designed for washing 200 l buggies (DIN9797) and box pallets. It is a cabin machine with a built-in ventilation system. The machine ensures maximum personnel safety – loading and unloading of the buggy and closing and opening of the door are controlled by the operator. The washing process starts only after the trolley is loaded, the door is closed and the Start button is pressed. Washing and rinsing are performed by a stainless steel pump and a combination of a rotating frame with nozzles (inside washing) and fixed collectors with nozzles (outside and wheel washing). The washing solution circulates in a closed cycle; rinsing uses mains water, which refreshes the solution in the washing tank after the process. The tank is equipped with a manually cleaned filter for catching coarse soil. The washing water can be heated by electric heaters, a direct steam injector or both. The control panel and electrical cabinet can be mounted on the right or left side of the machine. The machine is made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) and complies with Council Directives 2006/42/EC and 2006/95/EC and USDA regulations.
