Universal Chamber Washing Machine eCO SWCW

The machine is designed for fast and effective washing of various containers, items and tools, such as standard knife baskets with or without knives used in the food industry, cutter knives, Euro crates, etc. It consists of a chamber for washing and rinsing and two tanks underneath. With the door open, the items are placed on the washing basket (holder form); after the basket is pushed into the washing zone and the door is closed, the washing process starts. Washing is performed by two rotating collectors with nozzles using circulating washing solution; the cleaning agent is dosed by an automatic dosing pump. After washing, the baskets are rinsed and sterilised at the same time; the used water is led back to the washing tank to refresh the washing agent. The tank is equipped with a manually cleaned filter for catching coarse soil. To heat the water to sterilisation temperature, the machine has a second tank for rinsing. The water in both tanks is heated by electric heaters (eCO SWCW E) or by direct steam injection (eCO SWCW S). The washing temperature is adjustable between 30–60 °C via thermostat; the sterilisation temperature is 80–85 °C. The machine is made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) and complies with Council Directives 2006/42/EC and 2006/95/EC and USDA regulations.
