Washing Machine for Smoking Sticks eCO SWST

The machine is designed for washing smoking sticks. It consists of a drum for washing and rinsing, a drive and a control panel. The sticks are loaded into the drum manually, filling about 2/3 of the drum capacity for a better washing result. Mains water is used for washing; heating can be done with electric heaters or steam injectors, or hot water can be supplied directly by the user. An automatic dosing system adds the washing solution and controls its concentration. An electromechanical lock prevents the door from being opened during washing and rinsing. Filling, detergent dosing, washing, rinsing and draining are carried out automatically; if compressed air is available, the discharge valve is supplied with a pneumatic drive. The duration and temperature of washing and rinsing are adjustable. The machine is made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) and complies with Council Directives 2006/42/EC and 2006/95/EC and USDA regulations.
